Features

Assessment Labels

We are pleased to announce the release of a new feature - Labels.

Labels let your team categorise and organise assessments with custom names and colours. The feature is available for MPO Base and MPO+ tenants.

They appear on the assessment, the dashboard, the patient pages, and the report export, with a full audit trail via the assessment timeline.

We are in the process of rolling this feature out to customers. Contact your account manager for more information, or see the user documentation here https://clinicians.ultramed.co/en/article/assessment-labels

Background Release Bug Fixes

“No Response” raised every night after resending a form

We fixed an issue where resending an invite to a patient would not reset the “no response” deadline timer, resulting in daily attention flags being raised even when the response deadline from the latest invite had not yet been breached.

This occurred because the nightly process that identifies submission past the deadline was not accounting for an older invite having been expired (which is the case when a form is re-sent to a patient).

This issue has been resolved system-wide and no further action is required by users to make use of the fix.

“No Response” raised on a “Submitted” assessment

We fixed an issue where an assessment could end up with both a no response and a submitted attention flag for the same form.

This occurred during a narrow window in the nightly process that identifies submission past the deadline. If a form was submitted between the initial scan, and the assessment in question being processed by the queue, the submission would add a “Submitted” attention and the queued job would still add a “No Response” attention.

This issue has been resolved system-wide and no further action is required by users to make use of the fix.
