Portal updates and fixes
 

• Fixes display of long tags in dashboard - they are no longer truncated
• Fixes scrolling behaviour in clinical notes when mouse was over number fields
• Fixes clinical notes not reloading when switching between tabs on the assessment page
• Fixes issue where a partial BMI value input in clinical notes would not be saved (e.g. if only height or weight entered)
• Adds event to assessment timeline when clinical notes are saved

Integration updates
 

• Adds support for patient date of death in ADT feed messages
• Adds support for including specialties via ADT A05 messages (NHSE Treatment Function Codes)
